My tablet’s wire port has broken again 😩 I either need a new tablet or to get a separate charger for the wireless battery, but then I’d only be able to draw in six hour bursts and remember to charge it separately 😩😩😩 dammit Wacom you were meant to fix this problem in the newer model
it takes years to develop your craft. do not romanticize the idea of an ‘overnight success’. be a student. grow organically. get really good. hate your work. start over. find new ways to express the same ideas. the student becomes the master. your time will come.
ive actually seen an INCREASE in spambot followers since tumblrs dumb thing and because tumblr has been flagging Actual People and also the bots are taking urls from actual people now i gotta check each blog to make sure its actually spam and im not just blocking some random person this is so much worse than it used to be
reading about space shit is like…. we are unfathomably tiny. it throws me into like, a state of awareness of how to something else out where we aren’t even a grain of sand, a speck of dust. we’re so arrogant to think we hold any kind of significance to the universe as a whole. even on a small scale, about one hundred a year will do anything to affect a significant portion of the other eight billion currently alive on this planet. we aren’t anywhere near belonging to the largest galaxy. stars are dead before we even think of naming them
and then I have to go eat doritos locos tacos to turn me back into a stupid lump of flesh like god intended
my writing ability currently feels on par with that of like…. a seven year old. i’m just writing one sentence. then another sentence. subject verb object, dependent clause period. do any of them relate? unclear. that is for god to decide. i certainly can’t.
